Job Description:

Administration:


Maintaining calendar for 2 or more managers

Setting up meetings with local & global managers and ensuring co ordination of all engagements for the day.

Raise system access through various request based tools.

Manage the group’s email distribution list/ Email group maintenance

Assets management

Seat Management.

Bank Holiday Coverage reporting

GAT Administrator

Support on key business initiatives related to MIS /follow ups etc.

Manage town halls, offsites and senior visitors from onshore teams
MIS:


Track Leavers / Movers / Joiners and provide regular MIS to management.

Publish Monthly Best wishes/ Employee Engagement related announcement for all employees Training, Leave and Travel Management:


Track Mandatory training completion.

Co-ordination for Reward & Recognition

Transport roster and meal co-ordination for the department.

Provide support for visiting executives / senior managers.

Co-ordinate domestic and international travel

Timely updating travel related expenses in Concur Tool Expense & Purchase Management


Creation of requisitions for stationery and other fixed assets. Maintaining inventory of the same.

Expense administration for all events and other purchases and accounts payable. In addition to the above, ad-hoc responsibilities can be assigned to the Executive Assistant
Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:


Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience of 6 years plus and exposure to the Office of Senior Executives within the organization.

Excellent organizational skills.
