Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Accounts Executive to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.
You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Prepare journal entries
Complete general ledger operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
Draw up monthly financial reports
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
Assist with year end closings
Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare tax computations and returns
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
Assist with payroll administration
Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
Account/bank reconciliations.
Process invoices
Review and process expense reports.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Key Skills
Advanced MS Excel skills, Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, Experience using financial software, Excellent analytical and numerical skills, Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data, Tally
Required Experience and Qualifications
GST filing knowledge is mandatory.
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Dept.

Job Duties:
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Meet monthly quotas
Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Other duties as requested
