Why this role matters

Purpose of the role is to manage web analytics, Social media Analytics, PPC, paid campaign reporting and agency management of Global marketing.

What you'll be doing
Web and social media analytics: Testing and reviewing of analytics tags on website, website traffic analysis for senior leadership team along with different social media channels performance around our content, campaigns and target customers
Pay-per-click (PPC): Working in end to end process of global pay per click (PPC) activity which includes strategy discussion and its execution with the agency along with time to timeds reporting & analysis for optimizations
Alignment with marketing agencies for desirable marketing campaign execution
Develop and expand GBS offerings – Reporting &analytics team works with GBS Towers and BRMs to identify and qualify needs of CFUs and to develop additional services based on those needs (assessed on scale/skill and risk)
Knowledge on social listening platform for conducting Sentiment Analysis using relevant search strings would be an advantage.
Stakeholders will include campaign team, digital marketing team and reporting & insight team
Work with 3rd party agencies Authority/Decision Making
Will see projects to a close, dealing with all issues.
Likely to be responsible for the effective implementation of analytics tags on website
Will present data to campaign head, planning head and execution team head

Good organisational and programme/project management experience.
Normally have professional or technical skills within a marketing/online marketing discipline.
Responsible for analysis, design & development of plans, therefore numerical and analytical experience is essential.
Commercial and financial experience and judgement, together with an awareness of internal/external business issues and best practice in his/her own field.
Good communication skills - oral, written and interpersonal skills are critical.
Relevant experience and knowledge in marketing/online marketing and digital technology is desirable Qualifications:
Will depend on experience.
A Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential.
Typically degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business or Marketing.
In depth experience of 1 / 2 marketing disciplines and a good understanding of the whole marketing mix.
Mandatory: 3-5 years data working experience on Adobe analytics/omniture/site catalyst
Mandatory: Knowledge of Youtube analytics, Twitter analytics, Facebook insight and LinkedIn
Mandatory: In depth experience of PPC and working knowledge of SA360
Preferred: Sentiment analysis knowledge on Brandwatch/Radian 6
Preferred: working knowledge on any tag management solution like DTM/Tealium
