Job Summary
Facilitate Induction & Orientation for new employee
Identify the manpower requirements and maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan back to back hiring.
Adhere to company’s HR policies & process.
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees and Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Head office
Should have hands on experience in maintaining statutory & labour compliance at site
Admin support to Regional Office & Site Office including Company vehicle maintenance, travel, company guest house etc
Responsibilities and Duties
Competent in handling construction site HR, Admin, welfare activities and office management
Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements of Contract labour, PF, Construction workers, minimum wages etc.
Knowledge on Labour Laws
Labour camp administration.
Time keeping at site, daily labour accounting and report, Payroll
coordination with corporate office.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience : 4-8
Job Type: Full-time
work: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 3 years (Required)
Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Maintain files and records
Scheduling appointments
