We have urgent opening for Admin Executive at Aczet Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities and Duties
Interacting with customers, providing information in answer to inquiries about products, accounts & services.
Taking service inquiry call from customers & clients and dispatching the suitable customer service provider to address customer question.
Answering the questions of customers regarding the organizations, products or services & its operation or maintenance.
Handling and resolving customer complaints, or giving online support by the engineer
Allocating work to engineers on daily basis.
Communicating solutions, successes and opportunities to the HOD of Service Department.
Taking care of Vouchers of engineers with proper paperwork.
Coordinating with engineers & other regional offices across the India for smooth functioning.
Preparing reports on daily basis like Daily engineer report, Complaint list, Service revenue etc.
Sending the invoices to the customer accordingly
Communicating with customer for complaints, routine visit via mail or telephone.
Doing Export documentation work to send the material.
Maintaining sock in out register &excel sheet.
Sending daily engineer update, revenue & complaint list to the Manager & Director
Arranging tickets for engineers for tours
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?12,000.00 to ?15,000.00 /month
