Profile Highlights

The role is in charge of overseeing all aspects of human resources (HR), its practices, and operations in order to meet the needs of the constantly evolving business.

The role is to build upon the businesss current people programs and service delivery strategies, enhancing organizational decision-making and approaches for securing growth on a business-wide scale.

To be responsible for formulating strategies that lead to quality and depth in the talent employed in the business. This is inclusive of leadership, employee development, and the securing of future business growth with a focus on talent, and business culture or company culture.
To be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies that are cost effective for the business.
Additionally, functions as the strategic business advisor to the business executives and departmental heads in regard to key business and management issues.
Analysis and evaluation of employee performance, identification of gaps, and creation of strategies from those analyses to cultivate talent and improve performance at all levels of the business
To be taken initiative in enforcing the importance of complying with the HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Development of the businesss overall human resources strategies to guarantee the implementation of HR best practice across the business and in accordance with specified business objectives.
Formulated policies, procedures and strategies to drive Organisation towards Business Excellence
Implement Training and Employee Motivation Tools
Handled registration with Governmental bodies for New Projects.
Study and execute Manpower Rationalization & restructure across Group, where needed.
Execute Best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at talent attraction and retention.
Contract Labour management and Contractor Compliances as per the business requirement.
Liaison with Government and regulatory bodies like boards, Govt. Agencies (e.g.
Department of Labour & Employment,
Department of Factories , TCP, Pollution control Board, & various local departments for obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions in the premises
Close monitoring of various outsourced administrative services like
