Responsibilities and Duties
Business Development: Developing relationships with Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, contractor for business development.
Sales Target: To achieve annual sales target for company’s varied range of Products. Generating business from existing distributors and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Relationship Management: To maintain good and cordial relationship with key and influential people of the business partners. Ensuring seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market.
Team Management: Need based recruitment of front end sales team and manage their performance and productivity, Leading and Motivating the Sales Force.
Branding - Ensure Visibility and Brand Awareness.
Sales Promotions - Achieving the Width of Distribution, Conducting Displays, Building Volumes and Implementing the Marketing and Sales Promotion Strategies.
Product Launch - Introduce new products to some of the leading electrical dealers associated in Projects.
Planning & Sales Forecasting - Prepare and implement daily and weekly sales action plans. Budgeting, Targets and Achievements.
MIS Reports - Develop and maintain customer database. Develop various sales activity records and prepare sales reports for MIS.
Recruitment & Training - Need based recruitment of front end sales team and manage their performance and productivity. Training, Leading and Motivating the Sales Force.
Stock Management – Handling minimum stock level in Depot/ C&F. Handling proper inventory.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should have more than 5 years of sales experience in Electrical Company with a proven track record.
Should be Confident & Good in Analytical, Team work & Communication Skills.
Should be Proficient in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Should be Able to Grasp Instructions Quickly and Work Well under Pressure.
Should Prioritize Work-Load and show a Disciplined, Methodical & Process-Oriented Approach.
Should Exhibit Positive Behavior & Attitude.
Should be Able to Build Positive Relationships with Colleagues & Other Departments.
Should be fluent in Hindi, English and Local Language.
Shall get an Attractive Salary and would be eligible for lucrative incentives.
