Responsibilities and Duties
Exploring new vendors and markets, budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
Ensure quality of material is received.
Regularly updating and maintaining supplier database.
Dealing with external partners to procure parts and raw materials needed to produce the product, create the inventory.
Regular review of the supplier.
Creating, maintaining and monitoring of complete order history in a format as per the project requirement.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Monitoring complete invoicing and dispatch process till the material lands in the company premises.
Creating and monitoring quality of the material received and creating a general feedback response of the particular supplier.
Getting quotes, conducting comparative analysis on supplier prices and getting approval.
Follow up of timely delivery of materials.
To determine the requirements of ongoing projects and pipe lined projects.
Selecting the resources of supply.
Preparing documents for import and scheduling for trade.
Manage the entire process in the planning procurement, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance, ensuring effectively functioning processes to avoid cost delays and lost opportunities.
Preparation and submission of documents required to facilitate export or imports of goods into the country. Tracking and expediting of Shipment.
Representing client during customs examination, assessment, and payment of duty and co-taking delivery of cargo from customs after clearance along with documents.
Proper goods handling and regular follow up with the concerned department till the material is in-warded by the company stores.
Preparing complete purchase documentation and generating purchase team performance assessment reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis
Responsibilities and Duties
Qualification: BE in Electronics and communication/Electrical or similar field
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
Negotiation skills
Good Communication Skills
Good in writing formal Mails
