You will join our Ramboll Support department
As our new Team Lead- Global HR Coordinator you will be part of HR operations team based in Gurgaon which supports its global counterparts in terms of day to day HR operations.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
General Workday support (Service, Updates & Change requests) for the countries transitioned or with no local HR department. · Investigate and develop scope of providing services to various countries.
General HR updates in Workday – Hire, employee changes, Transfer, promotions and Separations etc.
Acting as single point of contact for HR related queries for employees and managers for the countries to which we are providing support.
Lead or participate in relevant projects across Ramboll globally where Workday are the supporting system.
Coordinating deployment activities with HRBP SPOC or the HRD’s.
Ensuring that all parts of scope are covered while transitioning the activities to HR Service Center.
Collecting and sharing documents, Procedure and process flows according to the scope & plan.
Validating documentation with HRBP and HRD’s.
Create and maintain quick guides, step by step guides and other training material for employees and managers.
Develop new video training session (quick guides).
Create and conduct minor training sessions for key Workday Users.
Ensure Workday Updates (twice a year in March and September) is implemented incl. coordinating testing, make new feature presentations etc to share with Users.
Participate in new Global implementation projects.
Leading weekly/ Monthly update calls with Countries, Stake holders and HR Service Center Team.
People/ Team management - Should have experience in managing team or direct reports who administer the day to day support and project activities for the HR systems.
Ensure proper Task allocation and resource utilization.
Ensures there is a positive internal and external working relationship within team and with external customers by frequently communicating and soliciting feedback with both parties and by measuring customer satisfaction.
Provide Operational dashboard to ensure effective management of HR Operations across all locations and countries.
