Job Description

Understanding Manpower requirement of the organisation.
Drafting job description and sourcing candidates that match desired skills.
Conducting initial interviews (telephonic or personal) and arranging technical interviews with concerned persons
Scheduling interviews of candidate with technical / higher management team
Maintain track record of all prospective candidates for reference
Background verification of short listed candidate
Induction and on-boarding:
Drafting and issuing offer letter, letter of intent and appointment letters
Obtaining, verification and maintaining documents of new and existing employees
Introduction with team and other members and co-coordinating with IT for accesses system and email ID
HR policies and HR Manual
Drafting and updating HR manual for the company
Making or amending existing policies and procedures according to organisational needs
Maintenance of attendance and leave records (including overtime and early leave records) for payroll processing
Performance management helping superiors in performance appraisal
Employee management and workforce management
Compliance with exit formalities of employees
Contacts with visitors and staff, arrangement of appointments and meetings, acting as an interpreter when required and/or taking minutes.
Communication and follow up with employees/visitors/vendors in accordance with direction given by concerned authority
Compilation and preparation of briefing and presentation materials, speeches, background information and documentation for meetings and missions.
Translation of simple correspondences, when needed.
Administrative support to conferences, workshops, retreats.
Arrangement of vehicle transportation, regular vehicle maintenance and insurance.
Checking and recording of vehicle daily log and gas consumption, update and maintenance of vehicle history report.
Custodian for management of office stationery supplies including maintenance of stock list of stationery, distribution of stationery as required by staff and keeping a log of distribution.
Maintenance of the filing system ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials.
Extraction of data from various sources.
Research and retrieval of statistical data from internal and external sources; preparation of statistical charts, tables and reports.
Follow up on deadlines, commitments made, actions taken and coordination of collection and submission of the reports to concern Superior/Director/Board Member/Board of Directors.
