Subhe is looking for a Business Development Executive & Education Counselor who is passionate about changing the way millions of students learn new-age skills in India.

Responsibilities and Duties
The primary responsibility of this profile is to convert the assigned leads of interested students into paying customers. i.e. Counsel the students about the benefits of online learning and new-age skills by personally calling them and by doing regular follow-ups on Whatsapp and emails.
Job Description
Tele-counselling to all the assigned leads.
Follow up leads using calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Close sales by making the interested students pay the required course fees
Up-sell new courses to the existing students
Maintain students database in CRM and regularly update it with the latest status
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Soft-spoken and fluent in speaking Hindi
Motivated to make sales and Target driven
Previous job experience in student counseling or e-learning sector would be preferred.
Good listening skills and convincing skills
Ability to keep data organized and updated. Experience of using CRM
Comfortable with MS Office - Word, Excel, Internet, Social Media
