Job Summary:
The candidate will provide operational, administrative, legal support, etc., to the company for smooth functioning. The candidate must be organised, display excellent written and oral communication skills and have the ability to apply independent judgment with legal knowledge and common sense on a daily basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing a full range of commercial contracts, legal drafting skills etc. (Letter of intent, Non Disclosure Agreement, work orders, consortium agreements, other legal agreements, employment related agreements etc., Commercial Lease Agreement Contracts, final settlements, other agreements/documents etc.)
Should be adept in preparing minutes of meeting, drafting resolutions, filing required forms, annual returns, other administrative competencies.
Generate formal reports, information, self-certifications, Statements of Compliance and board statements.
Monitoring changes in relevant legal, regulatory, statutory framework taking appropriate action.
Should be at utmost proactiveness in dealing with updations, the latest changes in the legal environment with a knack of legal acumen.
Monitoring transactions with utmost steadfastness in timeliness, accuracy at all levels with utmost diligence, discipline, sincerity.
Assist the vigilance teams in necessary regulatory, legal, compliances on agendas/minutes of disciplinary committee meetings, identifying valuation loopholes and leakages.
Compiling, processing, presenting information verbally, visually and in writing. Work closely with all hierarchies of management at all vertical and horizontal levels, related stakeholders wherever necessary to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, follow up etc. appropriately.
Build strong relations, develop them further across all hierarchies of management at all vertical and horizontal levels, related stakeholders wherever necessary. Coordination with the total workforce, stakeholders of the company.
Assist the team and partners across different verticals on formulating viable value creation strategy that will help the company grow to the next level.
Able to envision greater heights for the company, with greater superior logical, analytical, thinking skills.
Should be able to cope all levels of pressure, deliver results to go the extra mile.
The candidate must be willing to perform other duties as and when required from time to time.
