Job Description

Minimum 5 to 7 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, Adwords, Email Campaigns.
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with with excellent analytical abilities and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Should have managed team of 5-10 Digital Marketing executives including 1-2 DM Managers
Should have handled client accounts
Should be in a position to handle clients and provide them with best digital marketing strategy

Should possess enough experience in providing clients with best suitable quotations, better client retention and engagement

Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Plan and manage our social media platforms.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
