Previous experience in a similar role with hands on experience on HR management, Payroll Management, Day to Day office Administration management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Assess training needs to conduct and monitor training programs for New hires and Existing Employees
Responsible to Manage and carryout for day to day office administration activities
Payroll Management
Responsible for New Hire induction and On-boarding
General HR activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?30,000.00 to ?35,000.00 /month
Experience:
management: 1 year (Preferred)
total work: 1 year (Preferred)
Payroll Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Licence:
Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
