JOB DESCRIPTION : Monthly MIS Reporting, Quarterly and Half-yearly Review. Monitoring the daily revenue report, monthly MIS by ensuring that all the revenue and expenditure is accurately recorded with specific revenue/expense head and department wise expenditure.
Finalization of Accounts - Scrutiny of General ledger, Creditors / Debtors ledgers, compliance with all statutory provisions.
Annual Budget preparation - Collecting accurate data from all departments with reasoning and explanations for revenue and expenditure.
Ensuring that all the expenditure and revenue is budgeted with realistic and achievable targets.
Budget finalized is in conjunction with industry bench mark. Coordinating with internal as well as statutory auditors - Continuous liasioning with auditors for sorting any non-compliance with the processes and solving any accountancy / financial queries. Monitoring payment of all taxes and statutory payment on their respective due dates as required by the act. Monitoring timely filing of all mandatory Returns like VAT, Service-Tax, E-TDS, Income-Tax Returns& other mandatory matters. Accounts Support & Maintenance Monitoring credit policies are adhered and Conducting regular meetings with credit team
Requirements Graduate from Commerce Stream MBA finance would be added advantage Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry
