Job Summary
Graduate candidate, with minimum 2-3 years experience having good computer knowledge.
(Word, Excel etc.) filling, marking MIS, backend support. Updating paperwork, filing, maintaining documents and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?18,000.00 to ?22,000.00 /month
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
