Job Summary
Person will be responsible for Accounts as well as Admin Profile
Looking for candidate who is either Fresher or having experience of 2 years not more than that
Looking for only Male Candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties
Roles & Responsibilities for Admin Role:
Handling overall office administrative matters of the company.
Maintain contact list of employees, vendors, clients etc.
Drafting letters, making appointments, travel arrangements, maintaining records as well as making reports.
Maintaining database of clients/Record Management, Handling Correspondence, Computer Operation.
Assist in filing, records keeping, keyboard, data entry and performing other office tasks as assigned.
MIS pertaining and timely payment to vendors of Water, Electricity Bills, telephones, Photocopiers, Rent, etc.
Managing hotel & Tour bookings vendors, Manage House Keeping, Pantry, Office Stationery etc.
Maintaining Report Register, Bill & Payment Register & Pending payment Register in softcopy as well as hardcopy.
Responsible handling cash for routine office expenditures (Petty Cash) pertaining to offices.
Preparing records pertaining to the daily expenditure, traveling allowance of employees.
Negotiating with vendors, suppliers.
Preparing purchase order, store inventory.
Maintaining register for stationery, pantry items, courier, car bookings etc.
Oversee admin matters and implement them.
Maintaining & updating the Data base of the company.
Supervise efficient infrastructure facilities to employees, including work stations, office equipment’s, stationeries, cafeteria etc.
Assist seniors & colleagues in office work/Assignment/Document maintain.
Managing Joining & Exit formalities & documentation of employees.
Roles & Responsibilities for Accounts Role:
Work Maintain day to day account
Handle cash-in / cash-out of the office on daily basis.
Maintain details of expenses in excel as well as in tally
Maintain inventory (in the form of reports) register
Follow up with various clients and institutions for the collection of pending payment
Preparation and filing the various returns like IT, Service Tax, TDS, Professional Tax, PF etc. as well as other statutory requirements.
Maintain and manage various types of office records like cash vouchers, cash receipts, expenses vouchers, letters in ward, letters out ward, managing contact data bank etc.
Managing the correspondence
Administration activities include housekeeping look after the ticket bookings, maintenance of office equipment.
Making payment voucher for TA, DA, and mobile expenses with proper checking of bills & supporting
Coordinating with Bank representatives for various Banking activities.
Bank Reconciliation Statements Monthly
Maintaining Fixed Assets Registers
Assist Business and Functional heads as needed
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly books of accounts
Processing of reimbursement of bills
Preparation of monthly MIS reports
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduation
Good Communication Skill
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?15,000.00 to ?15,500.00 /month
Experience:
