Job Summary
The position called Assistant Manager - HR & Admin is responsible for the recruitment & training of the employees. He/she will also be responsible for compliance of PF/ESIC/P.Tax.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. A Person can recruitment manpower as per the requirement of Company
2. A person can do orientation training of newly join candidate and quarterly training with respect to the profile
3. A Person can prepare KRA and KPI of the employee with coordinate of project head
4. A Person can coordinate with HO to issue offer letter appointment letter and other documents of the newly candidates
5. A Person can do HR compliance of the employee with coordination with HO.
Qualifications and Skills
Preferably candidate has completed MBA in HR and have at least one year of experience in recruitment & training.
He/she have good communication & counselling skill.

Salary: ?216,000.00 to ?300,000.00 /year
