Job Description

Responsibilities
Increase brand awareness for Kvantum across multiple markets: US, India, Singapore, Australia, UK, Mexico, Canada
Support leadership in pre-sales efforts such as: building a client pitch deck, product material, case studies, client demos
Keep a tab on competitive landscape to position Kvantum in a differentiates way through marketing.
Find the relevant events to attend, exhibit, market, and speak.
Find the relevant awards to submit for. Writing nominations to highlight the best work/campaigns on behalf of Kvantum’s client/Kvantum team.
Build a social media marketing calendar to build brand across various segments: partners, clients, prospects, potential hires, investors, industry analysts, etc.
Put together content marketing calendar, get the content finalized for publishing if needed write the content or enrich it.
Keeping current clients engaged and nurture any new leads with relevant content and experiences via emails, newsletter, print material, etc.
Keep the brand’s online presence up-to-date on: website, carious social platforms, marketplaces, portals, etc.
Design various campaign specific landing pages on website & write content for it. Work with technical team to get if launched.
Build an inventory of influencers and engage them across various digital platforms
Build client lists for various campaigns specific to solutions.
Build a YouTube Channel for Kvantum, LinkedIn group to share the thought leadership from Kvantum team.
Run paid media campaigns across: FB, Twitter, Retargeting Display, Radio, Print, PR. etc.
Run various drip email campaigns to engage potential customer segments based on their interaction with brand.
Must Have Skills
MBA/MS in Market research, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Economics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Brand Mgmt, Advertising, Journalism, Strategy. NOTE*
Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience that supports “Must Have” skills.
Understanding of concepts of marketing, branding, sales, market research, customer journey, segmentation, etc.
Good understanding of social media platforms to leverage organic & paid media.
Exposure & understanding of tools such as: Google Analytics, SEMRush, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.
Ability to analyze data, metrics and find actionable insights for leadership.
Good copywriting & marketing content writing skills
Ability to work in fast pace environment with limited supervision.
Ability to identify relevant freelancers and manage them to get the work done on time.
Ability to multi-task, work in cross time-zones set up.
NOTE* Final Year MBAs with pre MBA experience in relevant field can apply as well. We can bring them as Virtual Intern (working at least 30 Hrs a week) for now and then they can join as Full time employee once their degree is complete. We will make this exception for the best candidates.
