Job Description

Job Summary
Chef the partie must have good knowledge of fondant work
Must be flexible working in different shift from morning,afternoon and night
Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Responsible handling of entire shift
Maintain hygiene and follow HACCP guidelines as laid by FSSAI
For DCDP and COMMIS
Assist chef de partie in preparing food according to the requirements or recipes or standards.
Maintain his workstation and area in clean and orderly condition
Must be flexible working in different shifts ranging from Morning, afternoon and night.
Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating and chocolate work
Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

Experience:

Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Additional Duties:
Recording food temperature
Preparing reports
