Key Responsibilities:

Receives and manages employee data maintenance requests such as employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal/non-personal data, employee category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals; updates SHARP and/or case as applicable

Processes and seeks approval for workforce administration requests including short term disability, military leave, personal leave (paid and unpaid), promotions, lateral moves, future downgrades, tuition reimbursements, performance rewards, severances, involuntary and voluntary separations; initiates payroll request and confirms payment when applicable

Creates salary recommendation thru use of a pay calculator and seeks necessary review and approval from relative parties in finalizing the new salary for employee's career events with corresponding change in pay

Processes verification letters for third party vendors and invitation letters for visa

Prepares and sends career event-related letters to managers such as promotion letters, change in reporting line letters, legal entity change letters

Creates death announcement and letter of condolence together with manager and HRM; notifies payroll and other stakeholders

Fulfills audit requests by providing SHARP HR data/transactions

Updates cases in case management tool and information in SHARP as needed

Fulfills adherence to SOPs, SHARP accuracy and completeness, Letters accuracy and completeness, Timeliness metrics, Audits, and other business metrics required for the role

Can serve as back-up for IPT/Expat Specialist and WFA quality.
Education, Skills &scope :

3-4 years general work experience (HR and Data/Process management preferred)

Experience of working with HR in SAP (SHARP) or equivalent database required

Experienced in local employment standards and employment laws

Experience working in a shared service organization

Ability to influence line managers and advocate for the right course of action

Ability to plan and manage a variety of people processes

Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes

Skilled with technology and technical tools (e.g. case management tool , HR databases)

Able to work under pressure and learn quickly

Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Customer-focused and detail oriented

Fluent in English

For China - Fluent in Mandarin

For Thailand - Fluent in Thai

For Indonesia - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

Excellent problem solving and judgment skills

Highly c omputer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
