Role Definition
This position serves as a key support in office administration. The individual would be the face of the organization and a representation of the organization for all visitors & official calls. The person in the role would be expected to closely work with HR, admin & other teams and provide support from time to time as a invaluable team member. The duties described below make up a typical, but not necessarily an exhaustive list.



Job Duties
Key components of the responsibilities are as mentioned below:


Visitor & In-call Management:
Welcomes visitors & manage the reception lobby; answering & managing telephone calls / enquiries
Manages hospitality for visitors
Directs visitors to the respective person by maintaining employee and department directories
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation
Receives and sort daily / deliveries / couriers

Support office activities
Manage candidate’s interviews / calls by directing them to designated interview room or HR contact point
Coordinate with recruitment panel for scheduled interviews
Ensure office registers (attendance) etc. are kept up to date
Provide reporting support
Coordinate social events/evenings and go live parties

Education & Other Qualifications
Graduate / Masters in any stream with an aptitude for office administration

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to organize multi-task and work well under pressure
Commitment to excellence and high quality standards
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities
Well versed with handling vendors & other stakeholders, managing schedules
Proficient in MS Office

Working Hours
5 days working starting 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
