Job Description
1. Deal mainly with Platinum and Gold banded customers 2. Exceed team and individual KPIs and Productivity measure as set by the Sales Manager. 3. Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationship. 4. Increase the value for existing Shell customers through profitability growth by means of win new customers, cross and up selling to existing customers, price management and reduce customers lost. 5. Develop new opportunities with prospective customers independently and from Sales Manager develop through prospecting joint call coaching. 6. Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers. 7. Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g. margin, growth, named customer, CVP and trade debtor target.) 8. Develop through Sales 1st Behavioural KPIs in the Account Plan, SPANCOP and POPSA. 9. Be responsible and proactive in HSE issue that affects the individual, the office/field environment and their customers. 10. Be accountable for own development plan to continuously improve competencies
