Job Description

Preparing debit notes or invoices with our in-house ERP system immediately after services are rendered to customers and sending the invoices / debit notes along with proper supporting documents without any delays to customers for payment processing.
Sending statement of accounts to customers in frequent intervals forboayment follow up
Follow-up for collections with customers on regular basis without any reminders from management
Coordinating with customers directly & report to management on collection status on weekday basis (every Friday)
Preparation and filing of TDS, GST and all other statutory requirements without delays.
Liaise with vendors on weekly basis for collecting and reviewing vendor invoices on time without delays
Send payment requests to management for review and approval of vendor payments within delays
Prepare Monthly P&L Statements and review the same along with management on Monthly basis (without fail)
Ensure all data are properly captured into the ERP system for accounting and audit purpose.
Should hold minimum a bachelors degree in ACCOUNTING or CA with minimum 5 years of experience
Should have worked on financial accounting software and be aware of how accounting system function (SAP/ ERP etc.)
Past experience in credit control, reviewing vendor documents, follow up with customers for payment, statutory compliance.
Able to work with limited or no assistance with regards to Finance & Accounts
Should have experience in leading a team, managing a team of people and having leadership responsibility of financial operations
Hands on experience on operational finance experience in managing payments, collections and reconciliation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
