Title - Academic consultant

Experience -06 month to 2 year
Salary Range - 10.8 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 7.20 LPA Incentives - Performance based)
Job location - Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description :
Generating revenue for the team through educational consulting and by closing sales deals face to face. The candidates will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni of IIT’s, IIMs, NITs and various other prestigious institutions of India. Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts
Job Role :
Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling
Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow
up sessions
Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective
learning methods
Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Toppr
Subscription as solution
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed
growing Sales target(s)
Desired profile of the candidate :
Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents)
Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum
Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales
Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business
Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment
Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional
Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Min. Exp. : Graduate with 1 Year B2C Sales Experience
Max. Exp : Good to have a 2-4 years B2C sales experience
Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills
Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage

Qualification : 1) Minimum Graduate (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/BSc) or Post Graduate (MBA)
should be from B2C background , candidates from just dail, meritnation, marksharks, mahindra holiday , HT media, v protect, Insurance background will have an extra advantage
