We are looking for a Graphic Designer with:
A passion for art, design, technology and innovation with an exciting portfolio of original artwork and design projects.
Skills and experience to work hands-on in-design tasks, to manage, and provide leadership to projects.
Proven abilities to communicate, consult, present and interact with curriculum developers and technical experts, independently and as per requirement.
Bachelor’s degree with work experience of 2 to 6 years.

Degree, diploma or certificate in Graphic design, art or related discipline is desirable. Should have a strong portfolio.
Skills and Requisites

Be an artist who is proficient in both traditional and digital hand drawing, illustration and storyboarding.
Have fundamentals of visual design skill and techniques such as compositions, perspectives, space, grid structures, layouts, color schemes, themes, etc.
Have hands-on experience with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator & InDesign.
Have hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Office.
Be well-versed in visualizing and creating icons, diagrams, infographics, animations, workflows, builds, technical and marketing presentations.
Have an understanding of design standards, consistency, themes, style guides, accessibility, copyright and brand compliance.
Be comfortable in drawing with stylus in digital tablets on available apps
Have excellent communication, client interaction, problem-solving, language, and presentation skills.
Have experience in working within and across teams. Experience in presenting draft ideas, handling projects and working independently with global teams will be an advantage.
Have the ability to work with metrics on individual and team schedules/deadlines.
Have an aspiration to research, innovate, learn new technologies, and techniques of design.
Be able to take up and manage team roles and responsibilities.
Be preferably from technology education sector background.
Have an understanding of Oracle Cloud, Applications, Database, Technology and Services which would be an advantage but not an essential pre-requisite.
HTML 5 and CSS
Should have worked on mailers and marketing collaterals
Detailed Description and Job Requirements Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.

Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role
