Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
Handling overall office administrative matters of the company.
Attend phone calls & direct calls to the concerned person.
Maintain contact list of employees, vendors, clients etc.
Drafting letters, making appointments, travel arrangements, maintaining records as well as making reports.
Maintaining database of clients/Record Management, Handling Correspondence, Computer Operation.
Assist in filing, records keeping, keyboard, data entry and performing other office tasks as assigned such as fax or emailing to coordinate for In-house meetings, conferences, get-together.
MIS pertaining and timely payment to vendors of Water, Electricity Bills, telephones, Photocopiers, Rent, etc.
Managing hotel & Tour bookings vendors, Manage House Keeping, Pantry, Office Stationery etc.
Assistance to HR, Accounts & Purchase for day to day work and official matters as & when required.
Maintaining Report Register, Bill & Payment Register & Pending payment Register in softcopy as well as hardcopy.
Responsible handling cash for routine office expenditures (Petty Cash) pertaining to offices.
Preparing records pertaining to the daily expenditure, traveling allowance of employees
Negotiating with vendors, suppliers.
Preparing purchase order, store inventory.
Maintaining register for stationery, pantry items, courier, car bookings etc.
Oversee admin matters and implement them.
Maintaining & updating the Data base of the company.
Supervise efficient infrastructure facilities to employees, including work stations, office equipments, stationeries, cafeteria etc.
Assist seniors & colleagues in office work/Assignment/Document maintain.
Handling the Reception
