Job Description

General Responsibilities:
Involves handling of day to day billing and dispatch of material.
Receiving calls, fixing appointments, doing billing, taking care of daily expenses
Should have good communication skills
Handling reception, taking care of inquiry calls, appointments and follow up
Taking care of business and personal correspondence
Manning the reception
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day administration of the General Office
Housekeeping of office
Ensure upkeep of the Office premises
Courier management
Knowledge of word/excel and internet required.
Proficient with Microsoft office, PowerPoint
Good typing skills
Education & Qulification: Bachelor’s Degree in
Age : 20- 35 years
Experience : 0-5 years
