Key Responsibilities
Excellent Sales acumen with experience of driving sales of premium Consumer Laptops
Should have handled High value products.
Own the training and performance monitoring of the team
Manage day-to-day performance of team and delivery reviews

Essential Requirements

Driving Premium Product Sales thru ISP incentive design/ Partner/team training /Planogram driving premium
Drive trainers for premium growth.
Team planning and review rigor.
ISP productivity in LFR/MBO stores Working on ISP effectiveness
Training-Sales Kit, Comp Kill, Video Learning
ISP Pitch Card

Desirable Requirements
Work with cat team on Demand gen on Premium Products & working on new Product Stack UP
Drive Coverage in the MBO Channel in improve Numeric Distribution
Working on Partner compensation
5+ yrs experience
