Job Summary
To meet with doctors, chemists & stockiest
To generate prescription.
Generate new customer and increase business.
Implement the company strategy in proper way to enhance business
To make sure the availability of company products at retail level.
Responsibilities and Duties
Gather market intelligence by interacting with the doctors, chemists, and stockists to keep abreast with the market dynamics and competitor activities such as new product launches, campaigns, etc and provide input to supervisors and/or HO.
Sales Management - Doctors
? Prepare and periodically update SVL incorporating all current prescribers and new potential doctors (as per the policy of the company) and submit to ABM for approval? Prepare a day-wise coverage plan and visit frequency, as per company policy and submit to ABM for approval? Meet SVL doctors as per approved frequency to detail products and utilize inputs effectively and generate prescriptions. ? Actively participate in joint calls with Company Managers? Plan and approve the allocation of inputs to doctors
? Achievement of stipulated: Doctor & Chemist coverage & call average? Revenue achievement against budget? No. of days outstanding
Sales Management – Supply Chain
? Prepare and periodically update the chemist list incorporating all relevant chemists (as per the policy of the company) and submit to ABM for approval? Meet chemists and conduct RCPA to gather information and maintain a record of no. of prescriptions and ensure availability of stock? Meet stockists to ensure sufficient stock is maintained at all times? Collect monthly sales and stock statements, compile Primary, Secondary & Closing statement and submit to ABM by stipulated date? Ensure timely collection of dues from the stockist? Approve breakages, expired and unsaleable
? Ensure timely submission of o Monthly Tour Program o Daily Call Report o Expense Statement o Sales & Stock Statement o Market intelligence information o Campaign Customer List o And all other documents/details required by the company from time to time
Key Skills
Excellent Good Communication Experience in PharmaIndustry is preferred., Managing Sales & Marketing activities for promoting pharmaceutical products achieving business goals & increased sales growth., Distributor Channel Management., minimum 2-3 Years experience in Pharma Sales with 1-year exposure to Derma Segment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
0-3 years, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Pharma/ Healthcare/Derma
minimum 2-3 Years experience in Pharma Sales with 1-year exposure to Derma Segment.
