Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs
Keeping a constant check on stock levels.
Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
Liaisoning between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers.
Identifying potential suppliers
Regularly visit/meet existing suppliers
Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers
Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
Processing payments and invoices.
Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.
Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities.
Developing an organization's purchasing strategy.
Producing reports and statistics using computer software.
Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.
Attending meetings and trade conferences.
Training and supervising the work of team members or staff as required
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum 7yrs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?400,000.00 to ?600,000.00 /year
total work: 7 years (Required)
Purchasing: 6 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's (Required)
