Overall HR & ADMIN Process.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing the Employee Database
Personal files maintaining
Preparing and submitting Reports to the department head
In depth knowledge in Payroll Process, ESI & EPF, Professional tax and statutory registers
Handling employee grievances and closing the issues time to time
End to end recruitment
Maintaining accounts on daily basis.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Degree With Good Communication.
