Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves –
The Eloqua lead will be chiefly in charge of the JLL Marketing Automation platform and email campaigns. The lead will be creating and optimizing marketing content, including tracking campaigns, drip campaigns, landing pages and content creation. The position also involves regular maintenance to the Eloqua system, project and team management.

The Eloqua Specialist must have at least 5 - 7+ years or more of Marketing Automation experience as well as three or more years of hands-on Eloqua experience.
An Eloqua Mastery Certification is strongly preferred. The candidate also must have experience in implementation and integration with Salesforce.
Additional skills includes knowledge of program, dynamic email, lead scoring, page tagging, A/B testing, HTML, and webinars.
The candidate also must have experience in working within a dynamic culture and good at communication skills.
Provide exceptional client service, taking on full ownership of assigned projects.

Performance objectives
At least 5+ years in email marketing with experience in demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns
Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships & programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement.
Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns
Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred
Understand the dynamic nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholder.
Expert user of the basics: MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Strong communication skills: Good written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media; ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients; effectively distils and presents information for internal and external audiences— often under tight timeframes
Able to comprehend the complex nature of projects and segregate and disseminate information across several internal teams, e.g: workflow, design etc
Time management skills: Detail-oriented, process driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Client service oriented: Focusing on discovering client’s needs and figuring out on how to best meet them
Understand the complex nature of email design, delivery and analytics and be able to effectively communicate this to non-technical stakeholder
Problem solving: Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under tight time constraints, but also not afraid to ask questions and seek input from teammates. Able to prioritize in order to effectively contribute to the department and the needs of the clients
