We are currently having an opening for the below:
Position : Business Development Manager
Company Profile: Incorporated in the year 2013, we are corrugated packaging manufacturer.
Experience : 1 + Years in packaging industry
Job Profile :
New Business Development
Revenue Generation:
1.To generate business & achieve growth and hit sales targets as per the plan budget
2.Responsible for overall profit and loss and growth achieved in the key accounts & new business development
3.Prepare sales forecasts and action plans based on sales potential of key accounts & new business
New Business Development
4.Play an integral role in new business pitches and responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
5.Approaching new customer in various industrial clusters.
Key Account Management
6.Responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, 7.connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
Plan and Implement marketing strategies for key accounts based on overall sales targets and budget
8.Responsible for generating incremental revenue from the existing key account/s
9.Develop deep understanding of customers’ needs and their area of operations (existing and potential)
10.Explore opportunities to cater to customers’ requirements in new location, area of operation, new product launches etc.
11.Conduct market visits to identify the existing customers’ needs and trends, tap their new business requirements and identify competitors activities and products
12.Forecast and track key account metrics & identify, grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
13.Account Receivables
14.Ensure timely collection of payment from the customers, with minimal outstanding
15.Maintain good margins on orders
16.Ensure the payments are collected within the ageing dates.
17.Customer Complaints resolution, satisfaction and retention
18.Responsible for conducting customer reviews, customer opinion surveys and develop programs to enhance the customer opinion
19.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
20.Act as a strategic business partner and the bridge between the client and the organization
21.Sales Operations
22.Coordinate with Pre Press and Manufacturing team in case of new design and development
23.Responsible for coordination with the plant operations teams to ensure timely delivery of material to the customer locations
24.In case of any issues related to quality or rejections, coordinate with the quality team and ensure that the customer issue is resolved
25.Coordinate with quality team in case of any grievances related to quality.
26.Proof reading the printed samples before the final printing process.
