Dear Candidate,
An Executive Chef, who is currently working as Executive Sous Chef. Who will oversee the daily operations of hotel kitchen. This will include training and overseeing kitchen management, and ensuring a high-quality, cost-effective product.
Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
Modifying menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs is must
Must have knowledge in Banquets.
Indian & Continental cuisines knowledge is must.
Job Location : Jim Corbett National Park, Ramnagar.

Salary: ?35,000.00 to ?45,000.00 /month
