Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
A. Individual HR Responsibilities
Ensure and contribute to team efforts as needed and required.
Consistently enhance benefits arising from the Human Development activities.
Be Self-starter and self-oscillating.
Ensure and contribute to effective redressal system for the Team Members.
Ensure and contribute to enhancement in Team Members satisfaction index.
Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes for an efficient and cost effective functioning of the Group.
Submission of various HR-MIS/Reports on Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual basis.
Performance Management : Monthly Sales Productivity analysis, Appraisal Planning and Execution, Mid-year and Annual performance Review, Corrective Action Plan (Performance Improvement), Disciplinary Action Plan, Initative to set KRA mechanism for unbiased performance evaluation.
B. Recruitment's and related Responsibilities
Recruitment, enrichment and retention of talent within the Group.
Completion of on-boarding process of the new joiners and preparation of Offer letters, Appointment Letters, provision of necessary infra items etc.
Proper background check of the new joiners so recruited.
Completion of Exit formalities and Full and Final settlements in coordination with the Accounts Team and satisfactory handover/takeover, reports, work done, data etc.

C. Training and related Responsibilities*
Development and implementation of a need based training programs to enhance Team Member goal achievement capabilities
Proper induction of the New Team Members.
Supervision in maintain position environment & cleanliness in office and train staff in the appropriate behavior to improve work culture.
Recruitment and Talent acquisition activities across various levels & functions.
Implementation of a Performance Management System across the Group.
D. Other HR Responsibilities
Creation and Implementation of good Human Development and Personnel Practices, Policies and Procedures.
Development and implementation, maintenance and dynamically redesigning of Human Development systems such as Augmentation, Growth, Fulfillment, Team Building, Retention and Transition.
Ensure and contribute to a harmonious and better working environment amongst Team Members and resolve conflicts arising in the organization.
Maintenance of all records relating to Human Development and Personnel Matters.
Development and implementation of a simple, comprehensive user friendly Information system as an aid to strategic decision making.
Development and implementation of various HR policies and practices.
Development and implementation of a need based social security and welfare programs.
Development and implementation of good disciplinary practices for performance oriented work culture.
Deal with any issue arising related to Human resources/Admin in the organization.
Make arrangements for Religious and Cultural Programs on related occasion.
Organize Motivational Programs for the Team Members.
E. Admin related Responsibilities
Cost Control in stationary and other material required.
Maintenance of inventory and control of all office, site furniture and fixtures.
Vehicle arrangements, guest sitting arrangements, guest welcome system.
Take care of general administration of office like security, housekeeping, stationary items, cleanliness, hygiene, filing system, storage of records of various departments, monsoon precautions
