Job Description
The Field implementation team is a part of the Advice and Wealth Management Business Development that drives strategic growth for Advice and Wealth Management. The team is responsible for Field Implementation and Execution Strategy for new tools or capabilities.


Provide Administrative support: On behalf of/in support of on-shore Implementation Managers:
Develop PowerPoint materials based on direction for on-shore team
Survey administration and management through Qualtrics
Project “pilot” administration (i.e. schedule calls, add webex information, launch and record calls)
Provide support on the undergoing projects which includes:
Develop project plans and supporting materials for smaller scope projects
Develop and deliver implementation plans for smaller scope projects
Required Qualifications

Graduate from a tier 1 university with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of MS office – word, excel and powerpoint
Fair understanding of investment instruments and financial products
Excellent relationship and communication skills
Excellent analytical and research skills
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion
Strong interpersonal skills with a client focus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
