Job Description
Well organized, flexible, ability to work under pressure and understands the challenges of supporting multiple leaders & their teams.


Calendar management, requiring interaction with leaders/ teams and assistants across geographies/ time zones to coordinate a variety of meetings.
Help coordinate travel arrangements (Domestic or International) and reservations, as needed.
Help in organizing team events.
Expense submission for the leader and his directs.
Prioritize work based on requirements/ urgency with minimum guidance.
Track action items, summarize miscellaneous reports / documents and help in creating atting presentation materials, as and when required.
Required Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant executive support experience.
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Experience assisting leaders in the creation of PowerPoint presentations and other ad-hoc documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
