Job Summary
We are looking for competent candidate for Admin Department.As a Admin coordinator, you will work closely with managers and leads to help deliver reports efficiently, you will be managing the administrative tasks, such as document & information distribution, report collation, communication support, operational and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deal with various operational and admin tasks
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Req Admin Coordinator @ Gerugambakkam Near Porur
- Exp : 5+yrs in Admin / planning execution.
- Fluency in English and Hindi
