The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual, hungry to become successful in a sales environment. As the individual who represents the company, you must be a self-starter who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. You must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, online demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.

Responsibilities:


Create and drive revenue.
Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling.
Deliver online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting.
Respond to prospect inquiries by phone and email.
Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
Update prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM.
Drive brand awareness campaigns and lead generation via networking, associations & chambers of commerce.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
Demonstrate continued desire to progress in the business by continued learning of our industry, products and services.
Demonstrate fantastic team work ethic and participate socially in company activities and events.


Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
A proven sales hunter and closer with 5-7 years of sales experience. (Must be able to back up claims of success with documentation and references).
4+ years of Software / solution sales experience required.
CRM experience (Pardot uses Salesforce extensively).
Web demo experience.
Comfortable cold-calling businesses.
Marketing knowledge very beneficial.
Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and Internet.
Direct marketing (preferably digital) experience a BIG plus.
Extravert high-energy, resilient, dynamic, proactive and ambitious personality.
Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
Highly polished appearance with exceptional telephone manner.
Passionate about the Internet and digital marketing.
