Desired candidates should have :
Have 2 + years of HR experience (preferably experienced in handling a small office/team).
Handled end to end HR activities – Recruitment, induction , payroll , attendance management, employee engagement activities ,employee database management.
Handled end to end salary processing.
Experience in PF/ESI calculations. GST knowledge will be an add-on.
Provide administrative support in day to day operations of the organization.
Travel arrangement for staff & corporate guests, arranging tele / video conference calls.
Maintains office supplies & equipment.
Coordinates facilities management needs.
Must have :
Expertise in Excel and other MS-Office tools.
Good communication skills (written/ verbal).
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?350,000.00 /year
