Provide assistance in conceptualizing, creating & developing meeting/ presentation materials – high degree of comfort with MS Office tools (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)

Responsibilities

Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Provide assistance in conceptualizing, creating & developing meeting/ presentation materials – high degree of comfort with MS Office tools (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint)
Develop internal/ external electronic communications on behalf of the Leader – should be quick to pick up on business writing and customize tone/ layout/ content per leader needs
Strong project management exposure and comfort in dealing with multiple stakeholders
Should be able to prioritize work/ projects based on requirements/ urgency; responsible to work on projects independently/ with minimum guidance.
If required, accompany the Leader to conferences and meetings as required and track & follow through on action items in a timely manner
Help coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for executive management as needed.
Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of executive assistance experience.
Experience assisting senior management
Creating PowerPoint presentations and project planning/ execution
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail. Ability to translate data into logical information
Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
