Job Description

The incumbent must be a dynamic candidate with proficiency in managing Travel Desk, vendor negotiation, Purchase, procurement, Transport, Food, stock taking, Housekeeping & facility.

Office Administrative Responsibilities:
Responsible for ticket booking, accommodation and visa for consultants travelling.
Upkeep of office premises including furniture, plumbing, fixtures etc
Upkeep of office Equipment such as IT Hardware, ACs, Water Filter etc
Administration & day to day Management of Office
Procurement of Items as per need
Maintaining contact details of vendors, suppliers and other service providers
Ensuring all utility payments are made timely and proper records are kept
To Liaison with Clients, Vendors and Suppliers by Phone, Email and Visits to their Offices
Maintain a clean, organized, functional and comfortable office space
Will be responsible for inventory management and procurement of all office stationeries.
Recruitment and deployment of peons / sub-staffs, security personnel.
Responsible for Transport facility of Pick up and drop of employees for night shifts.
Ensures that repairs and regular maintenance checks are conducted on equipment, and arranges for the disposal of unusable equipment and recyclable items.
Upkeep of office IT system, including server, accounting system etc
Preparing communication in the form of Letters & Email on behalf of Management
Misc admin jobs like Scanning Documents, sending faxes, sending & collecting couriers etc
Desired Candidate Profile:
Having knowledge of booking ticket (airline & train), accommodation and visa.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
Ability to priorities ever changing workload and maintain the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure and time constraints
Handling Documentation, Reporting
Must be proactive, self-directed, self-motivated, detailed, quick learner and organized
Excellent analytical, communication, debugging and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 5-6 years
Salary Bracket – 15- 30K per month.
Working days – Monday to Friday ( Saturday as well whenever required)
