Job Summary:
The Head Digital AI Business Development for pharma needs to close business with pharma
and Medtech companies of INR 5 crores- this includes refining the product offering, working
closely with pre-sales to generate quality leads, reaching to CXO level for presentations, demos
and closing the sale. The role requires an ability to reach across to top 50 pharma companies,
initiate relationships and close projects
Job Description:
? Work closely with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to build new business
opportunities and pipeline of INR 5 cr
? Close pipeline monthly. We are looking for people with experience in closing projects- it
helps to have a strong business development background
? Work closely with prospects to understand needs and identify potential solutions
? Perform account planning, account development, and pipeline management
? Develop a deep understanding of Multiplier products and services portfolio
? Evangelize Multipliers value proposition to the target market
? Work collaboratively with regional sales teams, account managers, and internal stakeholders
? Associating and developing key relationships with healthcare providers including Doctor,
Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers and Pharma retail chains
? Strategic planning to conquer unexplored market segments
? Relevant experience of 5 10 years in the industry
? Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping a close check on monthly.
? Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in a timely manner
Salary: INR 30-40 lacs including incentives and allowances, Incentives (stock options will be
there for significant contributors)

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Skills and Experience:
? 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Sales and Business Development in India for
pharma. (exposure to selling from India to international markets will be a plus)
? Experience in selling some minimal digital or software solutions to the pharmaceutical industry is
required, however, we will train on advanced topics and provide technical support
? Direct and close connection with marketing departments of pharmaceutical and life sciences
the industry with a track record of billing of INR 2 crore plus
? Strong communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills
? Proven track record of working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the Pharma industry
