Job Description

Infoblox is seeking a dynamic and energetic Channel Account Manager - India to base in New Delhi. This position is critical to the ongoing success of Infoblox’s leading network control, security and cloud solutions. The primary focus will be to establish strong business relationships and drive exponential growth with the Channel Partners in your assigned territory and coordinating all aspects of the channel programs and ecosystem.
You will be responsible to build pipeline and channel revenue with high-performance partners. This high-energy position requires the candidate to be extremely motivated and results-driven with follow through to create and qualify partner-initiated opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build and implement channel development and revenue plan for the region consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets for the Territory
Ensure alignment of the strategy with the sales teams, understand their coverage models and strategies; know their focus in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography and market coverage
Ensure senior executive-level visibility and commitment for the various Infoblox relationships
Spearhead the joint Infoblox and channel value proposition with partner peering – coordinating resources including sales leadership, field sales, presales engineer, field marketing and professional services as needed.
Assist in coordinating training on new products, solutions sales, Infoblox corporate direction, business processes, etc., leading to enhanced self-sufficiency and winning mindshare and cycles from competitive vendors
Drive joint opportunity development activities with Channel Partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating marketing budget and utilizing Channel Marketing programs
Manage deal registration, forecast and pipeline with Channel Partners, coordinate partner engagement and sales activities with Country Manager
Create sense of ‘engagement and connection’ on Exec, Sales and SE levels
Address/support admin issues on an ‘as needed’ basis
Be keenly aware of the Channel Partner’s strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and valued resource for them
Requirements:
At least 8+ years of experience in technology experience (Networking and Security experience highly preferred) selling into channel space
Proven track record of success in channel sales management, successfully supporting the exponential growth of the company anticipated over the coming years
Regional channel background/relationship and experience in building and leveraging channel partners. Ability to influence and drive a channel-focused business
Track record of building and executing strategies to build best in class channel partner results based on quantitative and qualitative market opportunity assessment
Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally; coordinating and leading executive-level sales meetings and implementing quarterly business plans
Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and interpersonal /presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
