Job Description for Finance Manager:
Responsible for Corporate Finance & Accounts functions
Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and all statutory financial reporting.
Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Invoicing, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.
Oversee operations financial department, including financial assistants and accountants.
Research and analyse financial reports and market trends.
Budgeting and Cost Control.
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Statutory compliance.
Coordination on all ROC and Companies Act related work in liaison with company secretary.
Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice.
Work in coordination with finance team and audit team for all taxation activities, like GST Returns, IT Returns, TDS Filing.
Work in coordination with bank representatives to ensure smooth functioning of banking and financial activities.
Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Requirements: CA (Final)/ MBA Finance.
Experience: 8+ years (Post qualification experience)
Experience in Corporate Banking.
Experience in secretarial & ROC documentation work.
Strong exposure to Tally & other software & MS Office viz., Excel, PowerPoint, etc. is a must.
Should have working knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxation and commercial matters.
Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills are preferred.
Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ?30,000.00 to ?50,000.00 /month
