Job Description

We are a cold sandwich production unit - job entails inventory control, production, quality control.
Should be familiar with all of the daily operations of the kitchen, and must be able to perform any task in the kitchen if needed.
Responsible to oversee the entire kitchen operation by monitoring all food preparation, presentation and delivery over the course of the day.
Ensures that all kitchen employees consistently adhere to uniform, grooming and appearance standards.
Make sure that the guidelines from the Executive Chef are followed. Should Work with subordinates and lead them successfully into productive working methods by setting an example with professional and disciplinary habits.
Desired Skills and Experience -
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, freshers welcome
Should have a positive attitude, be dependable and proactive, and team leader.
Preferred experience in Hotel management, food preparation, food, hotel, lunch, control, breakfast, management, restaurant, monitoring, preparation, presentation, Pre-opening, Yield Management.
Note: Accommodation+ food will be provided
