Responsibilities and Duties
GENERAL:
Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff members.
Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, financial, and client records, and data entry and reporting.
Answering questions and finding information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders.
Supporting employees by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development.
Developing and implementing new policies and processes.
ENGINEERING BUSINESS:
Ebay update and listing of hydraulic products
Handling of Web Page srpgroup.co.in
Update and maintain data base as per instruction of management
To increase the base of overseas partners country wise by creating a data base
Scheduling meetings and appointment for Directors during their overseas business visit including travel and stay plan.
Placing of Primary offline order to principals
Vendor Registration
Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
Deal with vendors on computers complaints
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
SKILL DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS:
Correspondence of Skill Development division
Calling up Institutions and follow up on Didactic.
Quotations and follow up.
Primary order placement with principal and follow up.
Update and maintain data base as per instruction of management
Maintaining files and records for Didactic with effective filing systems
Responsibilities and Duties
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience in customer service will be a plus
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management systems and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, and accounting software
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Professional appearance and courteous manner.
Clear, polite phone voice.
Solid presentation skills.
Strong task and time management skills
Graduates with additional degree in Business Administration would be preferred
