Developer Role and Responsibilities
Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as a Receptionist/ Administrative assistant. In this role, you will be responsible to assist front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of guests/calls and manage internal & external stakeholders timely and professionally. Your Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Update calendars, schedule meetings and book conference room
Arrange travel, accommodations, and team events
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, document management, and transcribing
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
Greet and attend guests on their arrival at the office
Arrange to keep office premise safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Coordinate with vendors for the maintenance of office and supplies
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience working as an administrative assistant
Proficient using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and in-person etiquette
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
Responds promptly to shifts in direction, priorities, and schedules
Thinks strategically and is proactive
Desired characteristics in candidates
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
