Job Description

We are urgently looking for Call Center Executives for our US (IT) process.
B.Tech./MBA freshers with basic knowledge about mobile applications, internet marketing, and website development would be preferred for this position.

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
Responsibilities and Duties need to be handled:
Manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics in calls.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Maintain good relationships with clients and address their need effectively.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months experience with any of below processes.
Should be comfortable in voice process.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Candidate should have excellent communication skill.
Experience in International BPO/Sales/Telemarketing.
Fresher with excellent communication are most preferable.
Qualification: BE / (IT)/ BCA / MCA / BBA /MBA
Shift: Night Shift
Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills can also apply.
Interview and training process will be conducted through Skype, audio/video call.
Proper internet connection and PC or laptop must required.
Candidate must be from Delhi/NCR only.
